Student Registration Agreement and Refund Policy:

Walls Training is registered with the State of Washington Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) and will comply with the requirements and educational standards established by the OIC. In the event of any dispute concerning the terms of this agreement, in addition to any other legal remedies or relevant Commission regulations, either party may seek the assistance of the state Attorney General's office. Prior to seeking such assistance, however, the parties shall attempt to exhaust all institutional grievance and appeals procedures.

A student may terminate his/her enrollment and may be entitled to a refund, as explained below. Termination must be done in writing and delivered to Walls in person or by certified mail. In addition, Walls Training reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for nonpayment or for conduct that is considered inappropriate or disruptive to other students, faculty or employees. For purposes of all policies, the effective date of this agreement is the registration date, which is the date the tuition is paid. Payment is considered made when a check or cash, for part or all of the tuition, is received by Walls Training, or when the student pays with a credit card, in person, by phone, or online.

If you sign up for a live-lecture course but then discover that you cannot attend the class on the date you chose, please give Walls Training at least 24 hours' advance notice of your cancellation or rescheduling. This will allow us to give a student on our waiting list the opportunity to attend the class. If you fail to give Walls 24 hours' advance notice, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

A student has satisfactorily completed a course when he/she has attended for the necessary number of hours and, when required, passed an examination approved by the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC). A student must complete any course within six months of the effective starting date as explained above. If a student needs an extension on his or her course(s), there is an extension fee of $45 to extend the course(s) for an extra three months from the original expiration date.

Refund Policy - A student is entitled to a full tuition refund if ALL of the following conditions have been met:

  1. within 14 days of the student's registration date, Walls has received a written note canceling the student's registration and requesting a refund;
  2. the student has not attended any classes (for a live-lecture course) or logged on to the course (for an online course); and
  3. the textbook (if any) has been returned to Walls in an unused condition.

The textbook must be returned to get a refund; any return shipping will be at the student's expense. Course materials other than the textbook do not need to be returned.

No refund request (full or partial) will be considered:

  • after the student has logged on to the online course or attended a class, or
  • any later than 14 days after the student's registration date.

Privacy Policy

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.wallsschool.com. The notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will tell you:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We have access only to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (for example, to ship an order).

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future via email to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. Contact us via the email address or phone number given on our website to do any of the following:

  • Find out what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change or correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take all reasonable precautions to protect any information provided to us by our students. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via our website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
